Artistic mind behind LO+VE is Louiza Vande Woestyne, active as a hair- and make-up artist since 2009 and heading straight to the top of the Belgian art scene. Louiza brightens up many faces in film, fashion and magazines.
Our mission with LO+VE is to let every bride, groom, bridesmaid or mother-in-law shine even brighter on their special day. We create the perfect hairdo matching your style, theme and wedding dress and provide a make-up look that would put any instagram filter to shame. Enhance your natural beauty, go for a dramatic look for a day or the natural bride effect – it’s up to you! Groom and groomsmen need some touching up? Our Bridal Atelier fixes your full on barber session or a fresh new haircut.
Hair- and make-up test sessions take place at the Bridal Studio in the centre of Ghent. On the big day Louiza is happy to come to you, anywhere in Belgium or even abroad if you are hosting a destination wedding.

A female alien comes to Scotland to replace a deceased alien. She drives a van through the roads and streets seducing lonely men to process their bodies. Soon the emotionless alien sees her human form in a mirror and she experiences the human emotions and feelings coming to a tragic discovery.

There is a suggestion that this expression derives from the nets of knotted string which supported beds prior to the introduction of metal-sprung bedframes.
The theory goes that, in order to make a marriage bed, you needed to 'tie the knot'.
